Menonjol is a skincare brand created to support women through hormonal transition. For any question about this policy, or to exercise your data rights, contact us at info@menonjol.co.uk. We act as the data controller for the personal information described below.

• Order information — name, delivery and billing address, email address, telephone number and the items you purchase.
• Payment information — processed by our payment provider. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details such as the card type and last four digits. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
• Community and marketing — the email address and any details you provide when you join our community list or contact us.
• Correspondence — the content of enquiries, product questions and any reaction or safety reports you send us.
• Technical information — device type, browser, approximate location derived from IP address, and how you move through the site.

We do not ask for, and request that you do not send us, detailed medical records or clinical health data. If you choose to describe a skin concern when contacting us, we use that information only to answer your enquiry.

• To fulfil your order, arrange delivery and handle returns — necessary for performance of our contract with you.
• To respond to enquiries and provide customer care — our legitimate interest in supporting our customers.
• To send brand updates and community emails — your consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
• To improve the site, our products and our service — our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.

Our provider may carry out fraud and identity checks on transactions. If a payment is declined for that reason, we may be unable to explain the detail behind the decision.

We share personal information only with the service providers we need to run the business, and only to the extent required:

• Our payment provider, to take and reconcile payments.
• Our e-commerce and website hosting platforms.
• Delivery and fulfilment partners, to send your order.
• Our email provider, to send order and community emails.
• Professional advisers, and regulators or authorities where the law requires it.

We never sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Some of our providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal information is transferred internationally, we rely on recognised safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the provider.

• Order and transaction records: retained for the period required by UK tax and accounting law.
• Community and marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your details.
• Enquiries and correspondence: kept only as long as needed to resolve the matter and to evidence how it was handled.
• Product reaction or safety reports: retained as part of our cosmetic product safety records.

Our products and this website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
