Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, where there is a pricing or description error, or where we suspect fraudulent or resale activity. If we cancel, we refund any payment in full.

Our formulations are cosmetic products intended for external use on the skin. Product images, colours and textures are shown as accurately as possible, but packaging, shade and batch appearance may vary slightly. Ingredient lists may be updated where a formulation is improved or a supplier changes; the current list on the product packaging is definitive.

Prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our regulated payment provider. If a payment fails, is reversed or is disputed, we may suspend or cancel the related order.

Always patch test before first use. Discontinue use and seek medical advice if irritation, redness or discomfort occurs. Avoid contact with the eyes. Keep out of reach of children. Store away from direct sunlight and extremes of temperature, and use within the period indicated on the packaging.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, undergoing treatment or have a known skin condition or allergy, consult a healthcare professional before use.

Menonjol products are cosmetics, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, including menopause or any symptom of it. Content on this site, including the Journal, is educational and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

If you experience an adverse reaction, please stop using the product and contact info@menonjol.co.uk with the product name and batch number. We record and investigate reports as part of our cosmetic product safety responsibilities.

You agree to provide accurate information, to keep any account details secure, and not to misuse the site — including attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupting the service, scraping content or introducing malicious code. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

The Menonjol name, logo, product names, imagery, copy and Journal content are owned by Menonjol or its licensors. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, resell or use it commercially without our written permission.

Our checkout, hosting, delivery and email services are provided by third parties, and the site may link to external pages. We are not responsible for the content or practices of third-party sites, and their own terms will apply to your use of them.

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

If something has gone wrong, please write to info@menonjol.co.uk and we will aim to resolve it promptly. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
